Of course you should know what commands to what, but also you should know what kinds of events people like, what guns/addons are glitchy or good, and some other stuff like that. What would YOUR events bring to the server? In my opinion my events could bring a more fun and active community to the server. What would you do if a situation doesnt go as expected? Often when I do a event I have a plan, but its always flexible, say if there was just a CIS attack and a there was a CIS spy that got found out to soon, I'd go along with it, I wouldnt try to force the event How many events would you do per day? I could do 1 or 2 events a day ================== Situations:  ================== You are the only Event Staff in the server, and there are 10 players on. What kind of event would you do to entertain them? I would do a event that's structured towards the players, say if there was a lot of shock on I'd make a rogue trooper event, say if there was a lot of medics on I'd do a virus event, .ect How would you handle a Planetary event as the only Event Staff in charge? I would get a high ranking officer to do a briefing on the event, then depending on the options of maps I'd go to a planet, Then I would get the troopers into regimental lines while I set it up. I'd do the event and if there was any trouble some players I'd get a staff member to ask them to stop while I continue with the event. There are 20 people on, and the Event Manager tells you to do an event in the current map you are in, what would you do? Say if it the map was a star destroyer and depending on the players I'd try to incorporate most of the regiments by giving each regiment a role, that they have to figure out by them selves.
